Running the club requires a lot of hard work, but as members we ask for a little help to make it as easy as possible. For a number of reasons, we as a club require a small amount of information on all members. Be it your mobile number for a captain to contact you regarding a match or in case of emergancy for Colts Parents to knowing if you have any food allergies.
Part of this also requires you obting into communication from the club. We use Pitchero and the communication function as our main method of sharing vital information with the members.
We will NOT shared this data with any third parties.
So we ask that you please check your profiles and ensure the information is accurate - for Colts Parents this involves checking the information on your children as well. We appreciate that it is a long process but I have attached the how to document to this article, and have a link below to a step by step how to document for the less tech savy:
For the short version... sign into your account > go to settings, check information + hit save> go to membership, check information + hit save
