Bexley Cricket Club has been in existence for over 200 years - records exist before that but we celebrated our official bicentennial year in 2005. The present ground in Manor Way has been in use by the club since 1866.
The Club 1st XI are currently one of the 10 KCL Premier League sides in Kent.Several Bexley players have played at both County and International Level including more recently Robert Key and Min Patel.
The Club runs six senior league sides on Saturdays and normally two sides on Sundays, competing in several cups and league competitions. Cricket Week, run in July, is a festival of cricket and socialising, generally recognised to be one of the best in the South East and is a major source of income for the club.
The Club has a thriving Colts section, catering for ages from 9 to 17 year olds and has been a major contributor of Playing and Non Playing members for the main Club and is an integral part of the Club and its structure. An established Kent Tour, run in August also provides development opportunities for younger players.
