The Manor Way site, located near to Bexley Village, has several different parts to it.

  • The Main Cricket ground (Square & Outfield/Pavilion) is on a 99-year lease granted by the Potter family in 1930. In 1968 the Club entered into a 35-year sub-tenancy agreement with Burnt Ash Hockey Club for their use of the ground and clubhouse, which operates, from October to the end of March each year.
  • The Car park & Tennis courts purchased freehold in 1960 it houses tennis courts leased to Bexley CC Tennis Section and the former squash club buildings leased to the Liz Burville Dance School.
  • The overflow car park purchased freehold in 1980.
  • The new Hockey pitch, purchased freehold in 1988, jointly with Burnt Ash Hockey Club, It comprises a high quality grass hockey pitch and in the summer is used for younger colts. It also houses three artificial practice nets
  • Part of the new hockey pitch has been held on a license issued by the Mill Meadows trustees.
The Club in conjunction with Burnt Ash Hockey Club employs a full time groundsman. The Manor Way Ground is used almost exclusively for 1st/2nd Teams on Saturday and A/B teams on Sundays. The Club hires additional grounds to accommodate home fixtures for the lower eleven's. Hallowed Turf
