The Manor Way site, located near to Bexley Village, has several different parts to it.
The Main Cricket ground (Square & Outfield/Pavilion) is on a 99-year lease granted by the Potter family in 1930. In 1968 the Club entered into a 35-year sub-tenancy agreement with Burnt Ash Hockey Club for their use of the ground and clubhouse, which operates, from October to the end of March each year.
The Car park & Tennis courts purchased freehold in 1960 it houses tennis courts leased to Bexley CC Tennis Section and the former squash club buildings leased to the Liz Burville Dance School.
The overflow car park purchased freehold in 1980.
The new Hockey pitch, purchased freehold in 1988, jointly with Burnt Ash Hockey Club, It comprises a high quality grass hockey pitch and in the summer is used for younger colts. It also houses three artificial practice nets
Part of the new hockey pitch has been held on a license issued by the Mill Meadows trustees.
The Club in conjunction with Burnt Ash Hockey Club employs a full time groundsman.
The Manor Way Ground is used almost exclusively for 1st/2nd Teams on Saturday and A/B teams on Sundays. The Club hires additional grounds to accommodate home fixtures for the lower eleven's.
